S.M.A.R.T. AIM-ASSIST
The S.M.A.R.T. (Strategic Math-Adjusted Reflex Targeting) aiming algorithm is your new best friend and the cornerstone of the VX-7’s incredible accuracy. By pairing with our V.I.S.I.O.N. HUD (included in some packs), the VX-7 obtains realtime data about your local environment and uses this data to make tiny adjustments to your aim to ensure your shots hit their intended target (even if your aim is wide). The S.M.A.R.T. algorithm is proven to be 100% accurate on standing targets, and far more accurate than the human eye even on fast-moving targets. You can configure nearly every aspect of the S.M.A.R.T. system’s operation.
COMBAT SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY
The VX-7 Scorpion features two modes: Normal and CS. Normal mode works in all regions that support damage and/or push, but the CS mode is specifically designed to work with most combat systems, including DCS, CCS, WARPS, and others.
EXPANDABLE FEATURE SET
Our new VX series of weapons (more to come!) feature an entire ecosystem of expansion packs, ammunition sets, add-on features, and attachment upgrades. Whenever we develop new ammo types, they’ll be made available for all VX series weapons, so your VX-7 Scorpions will only get better with time.
Upgrades feature our exclusive one-click install system; simply click the upgrade boxes and your VX-7s will automatically upgrade themselves, with no editing or inventory dragging required!
MULTIPLE AMMUNITION TYPES
The VX-7 includes a wide range of ammunition types, including bullets, traps, land attacks (ban, teleport home, eject), orbit, and more. You can also install additional VX-series ammo packs to add to your arsenal of bullet selections.
The VX-7 even features tracking ammo, which will seek out your target even through solid objects to deliver your vengeance with complete confidence.
COMPLETE CUSTOMIZATION
Whether you’re matching your outfit or displaying your personal style, we want your guns to look as good as you do. That’s why we created the VX-7 Customization Kiosk, an easy-to use customizer with realtime preview. Change the color of your guns (any color you want), set the shine (none, low, medium, high, or glow), even change the text on the side of your gun (Go ahead – put “Bad Mofo” on there. We won’t tell) all with a couple of clicks. Customize your pistols any time you want, or create a copy for each outfit!
MAXIMUM CONFIGURABILITY
Every advanced player has their personal preferences, and we wanted the VX-7s to honor that. That’s why we made every aspect of the VX-7s performance configurable. Change your animations (or randomize them), set bullet speeds and power, even change the angle at which your bullets fire. There are over 20 different options you can change if you desire, or use the default options for simple performance.
KICK-ASS EFFECTS
Tired of guns with goofy, unrealistic effects or cheesy particles? So are we. So we designed the VX-7s to use realistic, attractive effects for maximum realism. From the muzzle flash to bullet sparks to incredible ammo effects, we used the very latest options in glow and local lighting to create the most visually-pleasing experience possible.
DUAL-WIELD OR INDIVIDUAL OPERATION
Each gun works separately, meaning you can wear just the left (if you carry things… such as our Scarab grenades… in your right hand) or just the right. Wear both guns together for desperado-style gun fu with alternating semi-automatic fire. When both guns are worn, they synchronize, allowing you to set your options just once for ease of use.
ACCESSORIES
Each pistol comes with an array of attachments, such as a torch (flashlight), laser sight, even a side-mounted monitor. Additionally, you can install VX-series attachment upgrades whenever we come out with them!

FREE LAND PERMISSIONS SERVER
Land-based attacks (such as ban avatar, teleport home, or eject) require specific land permissions that don’t work on group land. For this reason, most of these weapons are useless to the average player, as most large parcels are owned by groups.
Not the VX-7s. Included with each VX-7 kit is a free land permissions server that enables your rounds to work on group-owned land. You can even specify a list of friends or an entire group to allow their rounds to work on your land as well! Equip an entire security force with VX-series weapons, and they’ll be able to police your place in style, without messy permissions and group roles.
ADHESIVE HOLSTERS
Your VX-7s come with holsters, so you can put your guns away at the click of a button and always have them available. Rather than messing with straps that have to be constantly resized for every avatar, we designed our holsters with an “adhesive pad” that sticks to your hips without interfering with your outfit. Wear the holsters to show that you mean business, or leave them off to keep your pistols completely hidden when disarmed.

HAVOK 4 COMPATIBILITY
Havok 4 broke a lot of the weapons we used to enjoy. We’ve ensured that the VX-7 Scorpions are fully Havok 4-compatible and use no hacked-together, unreliable methods to achieve their goals.
